DVD DUPLICATION SERVICES: Small DVD-R runs usually under 500 units (Short Run)

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE COPIES OF MY DVD-R?

1. Determine what you want your DVD’s for? DVD-R’s will have some compatibility issues and should not be used for the retail market due to their inconsistency problems. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact our Customer Service Department for any questions you may have or see the Mass DVD Replication process.

2. Determine what you want us to do for you and how you want your replicated discs packaged. We would like to know:
                                   a. Number of units you will need and how soon you need them.

                                   b. What type of Packaging do you require: Jewel Cases, Sleeves, DVD Case, Bulk?

                                   c. Are you going to need any Paper Printed Items, such as Jewel Case inserts, CD Entertainment Case
                                       wrap inserts, Cardboard Sleeves, CD Wallets or Mailers?

3. Once you determine what you want, contact our QUOTE department for a free complete quote for your project. You will have your quote back normally within minutes of your request.

4. Supply us a DVD-R master. If you can not make a DVDr master, we can help you AUTHOR your DVD to your specifications. Contact our customer service department or go to our DVD Authoring page on our website.

It is important to make sure the master that you give us has been checked for functionality, grammatical and spelling errors. We will replicate your master EXACTLY as it is presented to us. We will not check for any errors that may present on your disc. Please beta test your disk completely before sending your master to us.

5. We will need your artwork for your DVD disc label set up to our specifications. We will also need the artwork for any of your paper printed items as well, also set up to our specifications, Templates will be provided. We also have a Graphic Department , who can help you design your artwork and to help you stay within your budget. We will need the NATIVE file in which the artwork was made, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, etc.

6. You will need to fill out a IRMA form. This is an intellectual property rights form which we will need when you send in your project. This form is a requirement and tells us what you own and what you do not own on your CD. Any music, software, applications, etc. that you have included on the CD that you do not own, we will need to have authorization from the owner before duplicating your CD. IRMA FORM

7. Payment terms. If you are a new customer, you will need to discuss with your Novus Media customer service rep, how you will pay for the order. Our terms are Net 30 to credit approved customers. Prepayment may be necessary for new clients. Novus Media Services, Inc. will make it SAFE and EASY for you to do business with us!
